Application Technology of Warm Mixing Asphalt Mixture by Mechanical Foaming Method

Abstract
Warm mixing asphalt mixture is a new type of asphalt mixture,which can reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture by 20℃～30℃through technical means and achieve the performance of hot mixing asphalt mixture under the premise of basically not changing the mix ratio of asphalt mixture and construction technology.In this method,asphalt,trace water and necessary additives are made into foamed asphalt by mechanical foaming equipment.There is no change in the chemical composition of the substance in the process of asphalt foaming,which is mainly the change of physical properties.Under the premise of ensuring the asphalt mixture mix evenly and compaction reliably,the technology can reduce the mixing,spreading,rolling and other construction temperatures of the asphalt mixture,and finally ensure its performance is comparable to that of hot mix asphalt mixture.关键词
