Morphological Skeleton,Logical Link,and Characteristic Inflec-tion Point of New Quality Productivity—From the Perspective of the Evolution of the Industrial Revolution

Abstract
Throughout the past three industrial revolutions,each has brought about significant changes in productivity,leading to the development of different forms of productivity.At present,as we enter the pilot phase of the fourth industrial revolution,a new round of scientific and tech-nological innovation is driving productivity to undergo qualitative changes,resulting in a new form.The"new quality productivity"concept reflects and epitomizes this new productivity form's advancement,innovation,and unique characteristics. In order to deeply understand the profound connotation of new quality productivity and pro-vide reference targets for guiding practice,it is necessary to depict its panorama,clarify the logic behind its elements,and analyze its unique characteristics.Currently,the academic community has carried out extensive theoretical research from multiple dimensions.However,most of these studies lack an overall analysis of the forms of the new quality productivity and a systematic analysis of their logic and characteristics from the perspective of the evolution of the industrial revolution.In this regard,starting from the Marxist theory of productivity,this paper uses the first principle to analyze productivity through five dimensions:subject,object,relationship,goal,and measurement.We further disassemble these into ten corresponding representational ele-ments and then construct a framework for analyzing the form of productivity.Using this frame-work,this paper systematically analyzes the forms of productivity in each period from the per-spective of the evolution of the industrial revolution and summarizes the development logic link between the factors of productivity.By analyzing the form of the representational elements of pro-ductivity in the new quality productivity,it is found that intelligent digital technology and green sustainable development run through and support its internal morphological skeleton.It also shows that its characteristic inflection points are completely different from the traditional produc-tivity.This new quality productivity highlights a labor relationship across time and space be-tween laborers and labor objects,the target orientation of high-quality development to respond to market demand,and the promotion of natural conditions aligned with this goal.Finally,ac-cording to the above research conclusions,the paper puts forward measures and suggestions to promote the development of new quality productivity from three aspects.First,optimize the rela-tionship between laborers and labor objects at multiple levels;Second,improve the response-ability of high-quality development based on market demand from multiple perspectives;Third,improve the green and low-carbon level of natural conditions in many ways. Through this study,we hope to provide a new research perspective and analytical frame-work for further in-depth study of new quality productivity and provide holistic and systematic support for the scientific measures to accelerate the development of new quality productivity.关键词
