Analysis of the Current Strategic Approach between Japan and Germany
摘要
Abstract
Japan and Germany,as the defeated countries that launched the war of aggression,have been constrained in their development strategies after World War Ⅱ.For a long time,both countries have focused their national development on revitalizing their economies and reacted more indifferently to external affairs.During this period,cooperation between the two countries was mostly at a low political level.With the changes in the international environment and their own development needs,the two countries began to adjust their foreign policies participate in international affairs,and try to get rid of the post-war"baggage"to become"normal countries".At present,the values factor is becoming more and more prominent in the foreign policies of the two countries.With the advancement of globalization and the complex evolution of the trend of multi-polarization,the two countries have begun to actively participate in international affairs,and the two sides have become more compatible,and the topics of cooperation have begun to advance to the high-level political arena,with frequent high-level dialogues covering politics,defense,energy,and supply chain security,creating a political phenomenon in which two countries that rarely have political interactions are linked into a structural power network.The article tries to analyze the ideological factors behind the the phenomenon from the perspective of international politics through the dimensions of the current situation,background,and trends,which not only contributes to understand the mutual influence and cooperative relationship between the two countries,but also helps to grasp the trend of the current development of international politics,which is of great significance for us to understand and cope with the current international political situation.关键词
