Research progress on the correlation between Hedgehog signaling pathway and ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a common and serious cerebrovascular disease.The Hedgehog signaling pathway is a classic sig-naling pathway that controls embryonic development and plays a key role in the growth and proliferation of cells during embryonic development and formation.This pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke by regulat-ing important pathological and physiological processes such as neuroinflammation,blood-brain barrier,angiogenesis,neuronal and synaptic regeneration.This article provides an overview of the Hedgehog signaling pathway and its role in ischemic stroke,in order to provide new theoretical basis for subsequent drug development.关键词
