线粒体质量控制在COPD中的作用及治疗进展OA北大核心CSTPCD
The mechanism and therapeutic progress of mitochondrial quality control(MQC)in COPD
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种全球常见疾病之一,其发病机制复杂,至今仍未完全明确,目前的治疗手段仍有局限.线粒体质量控制(MQC)是指受损或老化的线粒体被选择性地去除,新线粒体的产生,涉及线粒体的有丝分裂、线粒体动力学、生物发生等.越来越多的证据表明,线粒体质量控制失衡在COPD中具有重要的作用.现就MQC在COPD中的作用进行综述,并总结了COPD线粒体相关治疗进展,以期为 COPD 治疗新策略提供参考和借鉴.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is one of the common diseases worldwide,with a complex patho-genesis that is still not fully understood,andcurrent treatment methods still have limitations.Mitochondrial quality control(MQC)mainly refers to the selective removal of damaged or aged mitochondria and the generation of new mitochondria,involving mito-chondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics,mitosis,etc.More and more evidence suggests that mitochondrial quality control imbalance plays an important role in COPD.This article reviews the mechanism of MQC in COPD and summarizes the progress of mitochondrial related therapies for COPD,in order to provide reference and inspiration for new strategies for COPD treatment.
