线粒体质量控制在COPD中的作用及治疗进展
The mechanism and therapeutic progress of mitochondrial quality control(MQC)in COPD
摘要
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is one of the common diseases worldwide,with a complex patho-genesis that is still not fully understood,andcurrent treatment methods still have limitations.Mitochondrial quality control(MQC)mainly refers to the selective removal of damaged or aged mitochondria and the generation of new mitochondria,involving mito-chondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics,mitosis,etc.More and more evidence suggests that mitochondrial quality control imbalance plays an important role in COPD.This article reviews the mechanism of MQC in COPD and summarizes the progress of mitochondrial related therapies for COPD,in order to provide reference and inspiration for new strategies for COPD treatment.关键词
