摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the seismic performance and resilience of substation's secondary equipment cabinets,the influence of the bottom connection stiffness of the secondary equipment cabinets(SEC)on its dynamic response was investigated.Shaking table test was carried out on six SECs with different connection forms,numerical simulation of the tests was carried out using ABAQUS software,and parametric analysis of the bottom connection stiffness was carried out.The results show that the number of screws at the bottom significantly affects the basic frequency of the equipment cabinet,and the basic frequency of the equipment cabinet increased 61.8%after the number of screws increased two times.After the test,the basic frequency of the spliced equipment cabinet decreased by 17.2%,which was the largest decrease among all the equipment cabinets,and the bottom connection stiffness of the spliced equipment cabinet should be strengthened.The possibility of strength damage of the equipment cabinet under seismic action was small,and more attention should be paid to the effect of the acceleration response on the working performance of the equipment.As the vertical stiffness of the bottom screw increased,the peak acceleration of the equipment cabinet first increased and then decreased.Peak acceleration at the top of the equipment cabinet increased by 16.6%to 74.2%.As the horizontal stiffness of the bottom screw increased,the peak acceleration of the equipment cabinets decreased.Peak acceleration at the top of the equipment cabinet decreased by 3.28%~29.6%.This study can provide important reference for the seismic design of substation's secondary equipment cabinets and the construction of seismic resilient substations.
