防治草地贪夜蛾复配药剂的筛选及田间最佳配比OA北大核心CSTPCD

[目的]筛选能显著增强杀虫效力的复配药剂,同时探究对草地贪夜蛾有良好防控效果的最佳药剂配比.[方法]采用浸叶法测定氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲维盐、茚虫威、虫螨腈、虱螨脲单剂及复配药剂对草地贪夜蛾 3 龄幼虫的室内生物活性,并对复配增效较为明显的配比进行田间药效试验.[结果]5 种杀虫剂单剂对草地贪夜蛾 3 龄幼虫均有较高的毒力,其中甲维盐毒力最高,致死中浓度(medium lethal concentration,LC50)为 0.0241 mg·L-1,虱螨脲、氯虫苯甲酰胺、虫螨腈和茚虫威的LC50 值分别为 0.1092、0.9406、1.0687、9.4069 mg·L-1.复配组合中,氯虫苯甲酰胺与茚虫威、甲维盐、虫螨腈和虱螨脲质量比为 1∶11、36∶1、1.5∶1、15∶1 时,共毒系数(CTC)分别为 204.22、162.62、492.60、182.77,均表现出明显的增效作用.田间药效试验发现,4 种复配药剂防效均显著高于单剂,氯虫苯甲酰胺与虫螨腈按质量比 1.5∶1 复配,用药后 1、3、7 d 均表现出良好防控效果.[结论]生产中可将氯虫苯甲酰胺与虫螨腈按质量比 1.5∶1 复配用于草地贪夜蛾防治.

[Objective]The aims of this study were to screen the combined pesticides that can signifi-cantly enhance the insecticidal efficacy,and explore the optimal formulation which has good control effect on the Spodoptera frugiperda.[Method]The indoor bioactivities of chlorantraniliprole,emamec-tin benzoate,indoxacarb,chlorfenapyr and lufenuron,both as single agents and in combination,against 3rd instar larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda were assessed using the leaf dipping method,and field efficacy tests were carried out on those ratios with more pronounced efficacy of the combination.[Result]All five insecticides as single agents demonstrated high toxicity against 3rd instar larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda,with emamectin benzoate showing the most toxicity(LC50=0.0241 mg·L-1),followed by lufenuron(LC50=0.1092 mg·L-1),chlorraniliprole(LC50=0.9406 mg·L-1),chlor-fenapyr(LC50=1.0687 mg·L-1),and indoxacarb(LC50=9.4069 mg·L-1).The co-toxicity coef-ficients(CTC)for chlorantraniliprole with indoxacarb,emamectin benzoate,chlorfenapyr and lufenu-ron at the mass ratios of 1∶11,36∶1,1.5∶1,15∶1 were 204.22,162.62,492.60 and 182.77,re-spectively,indicating significant synergistic effects.The field efficacy tests showed that the four combi-nations were more effective than the single agents,with the combination of chlorantraniliprole and chlorfenapyr at a mass ratio of 1.5∶1 providing strong control effects at 1,3 and 7 d after treatment.[Conclusion]In agricultural production,chlorantraniliprole can be compounded with chlorfenapyr at a mass ratio of 1.5∶1 for the control of Spododoptera frugiperda.
