基于响应面法的九制黄精炮制工艺优化
Optimization of processing technology of Jiuzhi Polygonati Rhizoma based on response surface method

Abstract
[Objective]Experiments were conducted to optimize processing technology of Jiuzhi Polygo-nati Rhizoma and to provide technical reference for the quality control of Jiuzhi Polygonati Rhizoma.[Method]Using UV-VIS spectrophotometry a single factor experiment was designed with the content of polysaccharide in Polygonati Rhizoma as the index,and steaming temperature,steaming time,braising time,drying temperature and steaming number of times as the influencing factors.According to the re-sults of the single factor experiment,with steaming time,steeping time and steaming times as three factors,Box-Benhnken was used to design a 3-factor,3-level response surface experiment to optimize the processing technology.[Result]In the single factor experiment,the content of polysaccharide was 3.14%to 3.31%when the steaming temperature ranged from 101℃to 109℃,and the higher(Polyg-onati Rhizoma)polysaccharide content was determined when the steaming temperature at 105℃,but,there was no significant difference among different steaming temperatures in statistics(p>0.05);When the drying temperature increased from 50℃to 90℃,the content of(Polygonati Rhizoma)poly-saccharide showed a gradual downward trend,and the content of(Polygonati Rhizoma)polysaccharide was the highest steaming temperature at 50℃.The optimal processing parameters were as follows:the steaming time was 2 h,the braising time was 5.3 h,and the steaming number of times was 6.Under these conditions,the content of polysaccharide obtained was 5.14%.[Conclusion]The optimization of the processing parameters of Jiuzhi Polygonati Rhizoma provides important reference for the moderniza-tion and large-scale production of Jiuzhi Polygonati Rhizome in terms of technology.关键词
