Abstract
The article mainly analyzes the needs for modernization and the necessity of modernization in Sanyizhai Irrigation District.The demand for modernization transformation mainly includes the supply and demand of water resources,the conveyance systems for water supply,modernization level,operation and maintenance,and water ecological protection.The necessity of the irrigation district modernization is discussed in detail from the perspectives of new era water management ideas,ecological conservation,improvement of irrigation systems,strengthening irrigation area supervision,promotion of rural revitalization,and ensuring the national food security.关键词
