郑玉玲应用软坚消积汤治疗恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移经验
Zheng Yuling's Experience of Treating Malignant Tumor Lymph Node Metastasis with Decoction for Softening Hardened Tissues and Dissolving Accumulated Masses

Abstract
Professor Zheng Yuling believes that deficiency of healthy qi,toxic pathogens,phlegm-dampness,and blood stasis are the main pathogenic factors of malignant tumor lymph node metastasis,with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis being the primary pathologi-cal factors.The disease nature is characterized by root deficiency and branch excess,with visceral dysfunction creating an opportunity for disease occurrence.The fundamental pathogenesis involves visceral dysfunction and intermingled phlegm-stasis.Professor Zheng's treat-ment principle focuses on softening hardness,resolving masses,and eliminating phlegm and stasis,with these methods permeating the entire treatment process.She has created a formula called Decoction for Softening Hardened Tissues and Dissolving Accumulated Masses in order to address the disease's etiology and pathogenesis by softening hardness,dispersing masses,and resolving phlegm and stasis.Professor Zheng believes that although"phlegm"and"stasis"are the key pathological mechanisms of this disease,treatment should fo-cus on the following five aspects:(1).Viscera adjustment:Strengthen healthy qi and consolidate the foundation,achieving simultaneous regulation of organ systems.(2).Individualized treatment:Tailor comprehensive therapies according to the individual,balancing attack and supplementation.(3).Phase-specific treatment:Apply stage-based syndrome differentiation,addressing both local and systemic fac-tors.(4).Cancer-specific approach:Treat based on the cancer type,tracing back to the root causes.(5).Symptomatic management:Ad-dress accompanying symptoms with targeted treatments for comprehensive regulation.关键词
