摘要
Abstract
Chief physician Ma Hongxue believes that the primary pathogenesis of senile constipation is qi-yin deficiency,which is related to the spleen,lung,and kidney.Qi deficiency leads to impaired intestinal motility,while the depletion of body fluids causes inadequate nourishment of the intestines.This results in constipation due to the stagnation of stool in the intestines.Based on Fu Shan's Decoction for Stimulating the Peristalsis of the Intestines,he adds Immature Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill and Fluid-Increasing Decoction to create Radix Scutellariae and Atractylodes Macrocephala Decoction for Stimulating the Peristalsis of the Intestines.This for-mulation aims to tonify qi,nourish yin,moisten the intestines,and promote bowel movements,specifically targeting the qi-yin deficiency type of senile constipation.关键词
