针刺调节阿尔茨海默病经典信号通路研究进展
Research Progress in the Mechanisms of Acupuncture Regulation of Classic Signaling Pathways in Alzheimer's Disease

Abstract
Acupuncture has shown potential in alleviating Alzheimer's disease(AD)through various mechanisms,with classic signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt,p38MAPK,and TLR4/NF-κB playing significant roles in regulating cell apoptosis,neuronal injury,inflam-mation,and immune activation,etc.Most current studies focus on single signaling pathways,though the relationship between these path-ways and AD is highly complex and may vary across pathological stages and cell types.Additionally,while animal studies suggest that acupuncture effectively mitigates AD-related pathology,the limited acupuncture points used in these studies may not fully align with clinical syndrome differentiation.This can result in notable discrepancies between experimental and clinical outcomes due to multiple in-fluencing factors.In the future,research should benefit from an integrative approach examining multiple pathways to uncover new thera-peutic targets for AD,investigate different pathological stages,and conduct large-scale,standardized clinical studies to provide more ro-bust and effective evidence for clinical practice.关键词
