Strategic Integration Concept for Building a National Blue Granary in the Liaodong Greater Bay Area
摘要
Abstract
China,a populous nation with over 1.4 billion people,must adopt a comprehensive strategy for food security,encompassing both land-based and sea-based food sources.By engag-ing in marine farming,herding,and fishing,we aim to develop Marine Ranching and build a"blue granary."By embracing the oceanographic perspective and constructing sea granaries,we can enhance the quality of food supplies.The Liaodong Greater Bay Area,with its advantageous geographical location,strategic position,and abundant resources,is poised to become a national blue granary,a vital preparation for the new era.This paper systematically analyzes the histori-cal background and current situation of blue granary construction in the Liaodong Greater Bay Area,identifies the challenges faced,and proposes countermeasures and recommendations for further promoting the development of the blue granary in this region.关键词
