Abstract
Radio frequency wireless remote control is widely used in industrial and daily electronic products due to its advantages of non-contact,remote control function,portability and low cost.However,the problems of unstable and malfunctioning when the remote controls are used,and how to judge the performance of remote controls has become a frequently troubled issue.Three commonly used remote controls with different frequencies of 315,433 and 2.4G are studied,and a detection system based on microcontroller control is designed.Using GD32 as the main controller,at the same time,the sampling circuit uses the GPIO port of the main controller to simulate SPI transmission signals and connect them to the external remote control receiver signal end.Different mode protocols are configured through microcontroller software to achieve three different remote control signal sampling.DC 5 V and 3.3 V power supply are provided for various functional devices through AC 220 V voltage transformation and stabilization control.Combining transistor driven dual relay to achieve forward and reverse rotation of DC motor.During the experiment,the performance of different frequency RF remote controls is observed through external oscilloscopes and logic analyzers,achieving rapid detection of three different RF remote control performance in motor control applications.关键词
