摘要

Abstract

In the training of talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing,practice teaching is becoming an important part to improve students'practical ability.However,there are some problems in practice teaching,such as limited training site and time,high cost and difficult to ensure safety,the digital twinning practice platform of the system is constructed.First of all,taking the"flexible manufacturing control system"training equipment as the object,using digital twinning technology,the digital twinning system framework is constructed.Secondly,the physical entity model of training equipment,data acquisition and mapping,multi-dimensional model of digital twinning platform are described in detail.Finally,the"flexible manufacturing control system"digital twinning practice platform is applied to the reversal classroom of practice teaching.The teaching practice shows that the digital twinning practice platform solves the problems caused by the restriction of physical equipment,and promotes the deep integration of online and offline teaching,the utility model improves the study efficiency and the hands-on ability,and reduces the study cost.
