摘要

Abstract

Stamping dies are widely used in various industries and occupy an important position in the economic system.CAD software is widely used in the field of mechanical design.However,it is difficult for many beginners to master stamping die design technology or require a lot of time to draw design drawings and perform 3D modeling.To solve this problem,a project case is presented to design the working parts of progressive stamping dies with connecting pieces positioned by guide pins.By using guide pin positioning,the problem of positioning accuracy is effectively solved,and key dimensions such as punch and dies are designed and calculated.Driven by equations and dimension annotation,based on SolidWorks software,quickly create sketches of punch and dies.Through feature based 3D modeling and associative assembly based on 3D models,effectively and quickly check whether the convex mold installation interferes with each other and whether the stamping dies design is reasonable.Finally,the 3D model is punch into an engineering drawing to obtain the corresponding mold design pattern.The results indicate that stamping dies design based on SolidWorks is fast,efficient,and can save design time.
