Performance Analysis of Integrated Delivery Scheduling Algorithm for Dynamic Flexible Assembly Workshop

Abstract
Scheduling of the dynamic flexible assembly job shop scheduling problem(DFAJSP)is of great importance in fields of production management,while it is extremely hard to find an optimal solution.DFAJSP is proposed,considering three phases of control:load based controlled release,process planning and priority dispatching.Priority dispatching can react in time to unexpected events,but it lacks global optimization.Controlled release can obtain a mix of jobs to be released onto the shop floor in order to balance the workloads across workstations,besides,the process planning is embedded to load based controlled release,which can determine an optimal process routes for each job in the mix.The aim is to evaluate the performance of 12 combinations of the proposed integrated methods,proposed methods are evaluated in 3 levels of route flexibility and 6 levels of workload norms.Full factorial simulation experiment are designed for the DFAJSP,results shows that route flexibility is highly relevant to the due date and flow time performance,and incorporation of process planning into load based controlled release is important to get a better performance of flexible assembly job shop with alternative process plans.关键词
