摘要

Abstract

Material sorting as the core link of logistics and manufacturing field,its importance is self-evident.In view of the traditional manual sorting mode in the efficiency and accuracy of the limitations,the introduction of automatic sorting technology has become the key to improve the sorting performance.In order to further improve the work efficiency and automation level of material sorting system,it is particularly important to design a sorting system with perfect hardware equipment and reasonable and efficient program structure.The system adopts Siemens PLC programming control,and combines the Kingview MCGS software to realize the design of the upper computer.The overall structure of the system,the design and debugging process of hardware and software,and the practical application effect are introduced in detail.After strict testing,the system has shown excellent flexibility and adaptability,and can be optimized according to different usage scenarios,so it has high practical value.In practical application,the system effectively guarantees the accuracy,stability and reliability of material transmission and sorting,and realizes efficient automation control.
