Abstract
An intelligent variable rice vending machine based on machine vision is designed.Detailed introduction is given to the main mechanism,the structure of the variable module,the combination of PCB control board and touch integrated PCL,and the innovative design and key points of using a rice detection(sensor)device and a PLC central controller to control the rice structure model.Professional testing results indicates that,its average rice vending speed has reached 2.55 s,the error in food quantity is within 5 g,it can operate continuously for 3 h without faults,and its average touch/response time is 0.5 s,and it has sterilization and disinfection function,Application verifies that the rice vending machine is stable and safe,its variable error accuracy meeting the design requirements,and it can increase labor productivity by about 50%.Comparing with other similar rice vending machines,the proposed one has advantages in various functions,and receives satisfaction comments from users.关键词
