摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of low precision,weak scalability and poor reliability of domestic machine tools,a cost-effective high-performance five-axis linkage machine tool is developed.Based on the modular design concept and digital design technology,the overall structure of the machine tool is reasonably planned.The developed machine tool mainly consists of seven modules:base,gantry,cradle workbench,saddle,column,spindle box,and tool magazine,wherein the tool base,column,gantry are independently designed and self-made.Installation and commission tests of the machine tool are carried out.The test results indicates that the performance of the machine tool meets the design requirements and the key performance indicators are excellent.The 3D contour accuracy of processed parts is 0.015~0.025 mm,the rigidity of the machine tool is 0.5 mm,and it is easy to operate and maintain.The price of the designed machine tool is 1~1.2 million yuan per unit,which is only one-third of that of imported machine tools,the advantage is significant;at the same time,the machine tool has multi-purpose functions,which not only meets the production needs of enterprises,but also effectively enhances their market competitiveness and promotes the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
