Design of Experimental Platform for Statistical Analysis of Machining Accuracy of Parts

Abstract
Pointing at the problem that the statistical analysis experiment of machining accuracy of parts in the course of mechanical manufacturing technology usually adopts manual calculation drawing and low efficiency,the virtual instrument platform is used to carry out the open experimental teaching design,and LabVIEW is adopted as the development platform.The system consists of four modules:data display,actual distribution curve,theoretical distribution curve and point diagram method.With the function of reading measurement data,graphic display results,data analysis,etc.,it can display the actual size of the processing histogram,size distribution curve,single value point plot and x-R quality control chart,and can determine the process capacity of the process,estimate the pass rate and reject rate and other information,can quickly and accurately calculate the machining accuracy of parts and data analysis.As a result,the time of data evaluation is greatly reduced,the accuracy of data processing and statistical analysis is improved,which can provide a reliable basis for the identification of parts processing quality,realize the rapid and visual analysis and evaluation of machining accuracy,and enable students to understand the knowledge points of the course more intuitively,which helps to improve students'innovation ability,analysis and problem solving ability.关键词
