摘要
Abstract
According to the intelligent manufacturing education needs,a new type of CNC teaching machine is developed and designed, including the structural design and control system design.SolidWorks is used to complete parametric modeling of basic components, overall assembly, and motion simulation analysis. The"PC+controller"scheme is adopted to develop a two-axis motion control system based on LabVIEW.The upper computer uses LabVIEW software to write the control program and user interaction interface, based on the principle of interpolation algorithm with traditional point-by-point comparison method,a two-axis linear interpolation method based on LabVIEW is proposed. For each trajectory segment,a dual-axis linkage with one pulse equivalent is used to composite velocity and displacement.By calculating the total pulse count and pulse frequency for the x and y axes,an array can be obtained and sent to the lower-level machine.LabVIEW parses G-code from the screen-input to drive the end effector to run a predetermined trajectory. The control system features a user-friendly interface, simple operation, and a short development cycle, the data can be collected in real time to facilitate subsequent data processing and analysis. The commissioning results of product prove that the design is consistent with the education needs, including the interdisciplinary knowledge integration, which can enhance students'engineering awareness and comprehensive practical skills.关键词
