摘要

Abstract

Due to the special size and shape of thin-walled parts,when CNC lathes clamp thin-walled workpieces and process them,there may be deformation or damage to the parts under stress,which affects the processing quality,especially when processing complex thin-walled mating parts,the deformation will make the mating parts unable to be assembled.In order to better clamp thin-walled fittings,the characteristic factors of thin-walled workpieces and the design criteria of fixtures are studied.In response to common problems in the machining process,methods for designing and improving fixtures are proposed.The simulation and actual processing results show that the accuracy of the processed workpiece has increased by 0.05~0.10 compared to the original,proving that as long as the processing technology of complex thin-walled fittings is correctly analyzed and formulated,and then the fixture is designed and improved according to different thin-walled fittings,it can indeed help improve the quality and production efficiency of part processing,thereby solving the problems of difficult clamping of thin-walled workpieces and many defective products in processing.
