摘要

Abstract

A 1600 t gantry crane for an international comprehensive port facility project has a total weight of 6701 t and a main beam bottom elevation of 113.5 m.It is installed using hydraulic integral lifting method.In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the lifting process,the layout plan of the hydraulic lifting tower and the overall lifting installation plan are studied.Based on the total lifting mass of the 1600 t gantry crane,the layout plan of two rigid leg side lifting towers and one flexible leg side lifting tower is determined.Cable wind systems are designed for both the lifting tower and the gantry crane main beam to enhance their stability during the lifting process.The installation plan for the 600 t overall lifting includes seven steps,namely trial lifting,installation of the car,installation of rigid leg M1 section,installation of flexible leg J1 section,installation of rigid and flexible leg towing hinges.The main beam is continuously lifted and the driver's cab is installed.During the process,a self-propelled modular transport vehicle is required for the transportation and positioning of components,and one 600 t crawler crane and one 300 t crawler crane are equipped for the towing and closing of rigid and flexible legs.
