Abstract
In view of the lack of test methods and test equipment related to elevator frequency converter,an elevator frequency converter test device is developed to conduct experimental research on the related performance of elevator frequency converter.The test device includes test traction machine,loading system,power quality analyzer and three-phase power analyzer.One end of the frequency converter is connected to the power grid,the other end is connected to the test traction machine,the shaft output end of the elevator traction machine is mechanically connected to the loading system,and the power quality analyzer is installed between the power grid and the input end of the frequency converter.The three-phase power analyzer is installed between the frequency converter and the test traction machine.In the test process,the loading system is adjusted to make the inverter output different power,and different working conditions of the inverter are simulated.The power quality analyzer and the three-phase power analyzer are used to read the electrical parameters of the input and output of the inverter respectively,and the test of the performance index of the inverter is completed.The test results show that the test personnel can use the test device to complete the test of the elevator inverter under various working conditions in the laboratory.The power factor of the tested elevator inverter is low and the harmonic content is high.It is suggested that the relevant manufacturers of elevator inverter take relevant measures to improve the product performance.关键词
