Abstract
Aiming at the contradiction problems caused by the use of short stroke cylinder affecting the disassembly and maintenance of the pressing mechanism driven by the front end of the automatic packaging equipment,and the use of long stroke cylinder affecting the production efficiency and wasting compressed air,the control of a single rod cylinder with magnetic ring is studied by using programmable controller,electromagnetic reversing valve and magnetic sensor.An electromagnetic reversing valve air path connection and PLC control program of the cylinder with adjustable stroke is designed.When the system is started,the piston rod of the cylinder is first controlled to extend,and the piston is controlled at a predetermined position by detecting the position of the cylinder piston through the magnetic sensor.During the working process,the cylinder is controlled by the PLC program to work with an effective stroke shorter than that of the cylinder.When shut down,the cylinder piston rod is completely retracted with full stroke.Compared with the traditional single-stroke cylinder control of automatic packaging equipment,it not only solves the disassembly and maintenance problem of the front-end drive mechanism affected by the use of short stroke cylinders,but also solves the problem of low efficiency and waste of air source caused by the use of long stroke cylinders,and has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving.关键词
