Abstract
The design of an automated production line requires a reasonable layout of equipment based on the process requirements of the processed parts.By comprehensively analyzing the processing technology of the parts,the functions of the processing equipment,the transportation method,the implementation of safety protection,storage,effective load,the conversion of workpiece posture,the positioning and clamping method,the floor area,and other project requirements,an economical and practical overall plan of the production line that meets the processing technology requirements is designed.At the same time,when designing,it is necessary to comprehensively consider multiple factors,take into account the overall situation,continuously improve and gradually optimize,and maximize the functions of each component of the production line,so as to achieve the high cost-effectiveness goal of achieving the most functions,using the least equipment,manufacturing costs,and occupying the least area,thereby providing the best automation solution for enterprises.A detailed introduction is provided to the method of GSK-IMCD(Intelligent Manufacturing Concept Design)intelligent manufacturing concept design based on joint development.Taking the design of a cylinder head machining production line for a certain automobile engine as an example,the feasibility of the production line concept design is verified through IMCD mechatronics integration design and virtual debugging.It can effectively shorten the project development cycle and provide an innovative approach for the design and upgrading of intelligent production line equipment.关键词
