"卡脖子"情境下科技领军企业突破性技术创新动力演进机制
摘要
Abstract
How China's Science and Technology Leading Enterprise(STLE)break through the blockade of key core tech-nologies and achieve high-level technological Self-Reliance and Self-Improvement(SRSI)under the"strangle"situation is an important issue concerning national strategic security.On the perspective of mission and responsibility based on SRSI,this paper explores a single case of Loongson.The findings are as follows:First,SRSI is the source power of break-through technology innovation for China's STLE in the"strangle"situation;Second,there are three evolutionary stages of"spiritual inheritance","style formation"and"concept solidification".Through in-depth scientific research management,strategic management,operation management and cultural management,China's STLE promote breakthrough technological innovation step by step from"distributed germination"to"systematic development"and then to"normal enhancement".This study provides useful insights and practical enlightenment for China's STLE to implement breakthrough technological innovation under the"strangle"situation.关键词
