企业中员工与人工智能的价值共创机制研究
Research on the Value Co-Creation Mechanism Between Employees and Artificial Intelligence in Enterprises

Abstract
With the increasing use of artificial intelligence in enterprises,concentrating the advantages of employees and ar-tificial intelligence to jointly create value has become an effective strategy for enterprises to gain competitive advantages in complex and changing environments.However,how to achieve the co-creation of value between employees and artificial in-telligence still needs to be discussed.Therefore,based on the theoretical logic of"introduction of artificial intelligence-val-ue alignment-value formation-value enhancement",this article finds that artificial intelligence has entered the value co-creation process of organizations as the main body.At the same time,the trust of employees and the interpretability of artifi-cial intelligence will have an impact on the initiation of the human intelligence value co-creation process.The division of la-bor and collaboration between employees and artificial intelligence in the process of human intelligence value co-creation is the way for enterprises to achieve value co-creation between employees and artificial intelligence.At the same time,there is dynamism in value co-creation,and the results of the previous round of value co-creation will have an impact on the new round of value co-creation.That is,the positive result of artificial intelligence and employee value co-creation can achieve iterative upgrading of human intelligence value co-creation.关键词
