Abstract

Aiming at the problem of wear and failure of the roller spiral blades occurs during the MG2×55/250-BW type shearer mining in the 18404 working face of Dongqu Mine,a discrete element simulation analysis method is used to analyze the blade wear of the MG2×55/250-BW type shearer.Through the construction of a three-dimensional model of the shearer roller and the construction of the coal falling space model of the shearer roller based on the discrete element method,the cutting model of the MG2×55/250-BW type shearer roller is completed;Through simulation analysis of the spiral blades wear of the shearer roller,it is found that the roller rotary speed is negatively correlated with the wear amount of the spiral blades,while the solidity coefficient,traction speed,and spiral lift angle are positively correlated with the wear amount of the spiral blades.The design of the self-adaption cutting system is completed through the multi-objective scheme design of the shearer roller,the overall design of the shearer roller self-adaption cutting system,and the design of the self-adaption correction control system.The engineering practice analysis obtains that the self-adaption cutting system increases the coal loading rate of the shearer by 1.3%,reduces blade wear amount by 1.100 2 mm,lowers enterprise costs,improves enterprise efficiency,and meets relevant optimization analysis requirements.
