Abstract
The application of heavy medium cyclones in coal separation is gradually increasing,but the density measurement technology under the traditional technical background is relatively poor,which leads to the inability of heavy medium density adjustment to achieve the expected effect.In order to improve the online monitoring and control technology level of heavy medium density in coal preparation plants,this paper adopts a combination of literature comparison and theoretical analysis to design an automatic control system for heavy medium density based on PID fuzzy control.By verifying the design results,it can be concluded that the optimized online monitoring scheme for heavy dielectric density has strong practicality and certain technical reference value.关键词
