尿素含量对NiCo层状双氢氧化物形貌及电化学性能的影响

Abstract
Nickel nitrate and cobalt nitrate were used as the main raw materials,and NiCo layered double hydroxide(LDH)was grown on nickel foam by hydrothermal method to investigate the effect of urea content on the morphology and electrochemical properties of NiCo-LDH.The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of NiCo-LDH were studied by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electrochemical workstation,respectively.The results showed that with the increase of urea content,the surface morphology of NiCo-LDH changed from a thick-layered structure formed by sheets to a disordered needle-like structure,and finally evolved into a sheet with fine needle.The lattice structure and crystallinity of NiCo-LDH was not affected with increasing urea content.When the amount of urea is 1.8 g,the NiCo-LDH has excellent electrochemical properties,and the internal resistance of the material is 3.42 Ω.When the current density increases from 1 A/g to 5 A/g,the specific capacitance of the NiCo-LDH is 1 217.6 F/g and 891.7 F/g,respectively,and the specific capacitance retention rate is 73.2%.关键词
