Abstract

The process of pyrolysis of three components of sugarcane bagasse was studied using conventional pyrolysis and microwave heating methods,and the effect of different heating methods on the pyrolysis of three components of sugarcane bagasse was explored.The results show that the distribution of three-phase products is basically the same with the increase of temperature in the pyrolysis process of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,regardless of the heating method adopted.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the yield of solid and liquid decreases gradually,and the yield of gas increases gradually.Microwave's unique bulk heating method is more efficient,more thorough pyrolysis,and produces more hydrogen-rich gas(H2+CO).In the microwave pyrolysis system,the pyrolysis gas yields of cellulose and hemicellulose are higher.At 900℃,the pyrolysis gas product yields of cellulose and hemicellulose are 65.88%and 63.51%,respectively.Lignin pyrolysis shows good carbonization characteristics,and the yield of solid products reaches 43.61%at 600℃.
