Abstract

The fracturing-flooding injection technology changes the interfacial tension and wettability of oil and water through the adsorption mechanism of surfactant molecules,driving residual oil droplets in the pore throat to increase oil production.For low-permeability,high-temperature,and high-salinity reservoirs,asymmetric Gemini surfactants were prepared using erucamide propyl hydroxysulfobetaine,octadecyl hydroxypropyl sulfobetaine,and 1,4-dibromobutane as raw materials.These surfactants were then compounded with polyoxyethylene ether surfactants to obtain an oil-displacement agent,which was further optimized with drag reducers and clay stabilizers to form a smooth hydraulic flooding fluid system.The wetting performance,interfacial tension,emulsification rate,and oil displacement efficiency of this oil-displacement agent were evaluated through structural characterization and indoor experiments.The results show that the oil-water interfacial tension of the 0.30%(w)oil-displacement agent Bohai seawater solution can reach 2.390×10-3 mN/m.After aging at 150℃for 240 h,the interfacial tension can still reach the level of 10-3 mN/m.The change in the contact angle of oleophilic cores exceeds 50°,the wetting effect and oil displacement efficiency are good,and the emulsification rate is moderate.All performance indicators can meet the needs of on-site applications.
