Determination of multi-element content in polyolefin based on alkali fusion and acid soluble ICP-AES method

Abstract
A method for determining the content of Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,and Si in polyolefins by alkali fusion and acid soluble ICP-AES was established.The influence of the matrix effect was investigated through spike recovery experiments on elements to be determined containing Li and B matrices,and the interference and elimination method of coexisting elements was studied.The detection limit and precision of the method have been determined.The experimental results indicate that the high content of Li and B elements in the solution has a significant impact on the determination of Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,and Si.The interference coefficient correction method can effectively eliminate the interference of the matrix on the elements.The linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for each element are greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviation(n=7)of all determined elements is 1.5%-5.0%.The established method can accurately determine the content of Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,and Si in polyolefins.关键词
