摘要

Abstract

The perovskite solar cell and its active layer material are briefly introduced,the process characteristics of large-area perovskite film fabrication by blade-coating and slot-die technologies are summarized,and the effects of perovskite precursor solution on the quality of large-area active layers and the performance of perovskite solar cells are reviewed.The optimization of large-area film fabrication processes and precursor solution of active layers in perovskite solar cells is significant to realize the industrialization of high-quality large-scale perovskite solar cells.
