Characteristic Analysis and Optimization Strategies of Competitive Elements in Professional Growth Period of CBA Players
摘要
Abstract
In order to further construct the high-quality competitions of CBA,this paper employs the methods of literature review,expert interviews,video observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the characteristics of competitive elements in the professional growth period of CBA players and propose optimization strategies.The results show that the competitive elements of the professional growth period of CBA players include age structure,physical indicators,competitive performance,players transfer,contract modification and so on.The causes of the characteristics of these competitive elements involve poor institutional linkage,inconsistent selection standards,low efficiency of performance,different path choices and insufficient competitive potential.Accordingly,optimization strategies are proposed including optimizing age structure to establish a dual-core output system;monitoring the physical indicators to improve intelligent talents selection and supply mode;improving competitive performance to scientifically and precisely focus on efficiency;ensuring the output of players to broaden the channels for training high-quality talents;and facilitating contract modification to create an open environment to exploit potential.关键词
