构建供水企业技术标准体系研究
Study on the Technical Standard System for Water Supply Enterprises

Abstract
In 2021,"The system table of water technical standard"was revised and published by the Ministry of Water Resources.And water industry standards system documents have been also issued by water authorities in Shanghai,Beijing,Shenzhen and other places,which lays a foundation for the standardization of water supply enterprises.The water supply enterprises focus on improving the quality and benefit,collect and refine the experience of the enter-prises,the tacit knowledge of the employees,the current standards and so on to form the standard system document of the enterprises,to guide the production work of water supply enterprises.Based on the investigation and require-ment analysis of water supply enterprise technical standard system,the tree frame architecture is put forward and explained from the easy-to-use perspective.By counting all kinds of national standards,industry standards,local standards and group standards that have guiding and restricting effect on enterprise operation and production,sort-ing out the standards without superior standard but the enterprise's own production and operation needs,and form-ing technical standards detailed list of water supply enterprise.That paying attention to the whole process manage-ment of standard-setting,strengthen the propaganda and training of standards,control the implementation rate of standards,etc.will improve and enhance the water supply enterprises technical standard system and be better ap-plied to production,which assists the enterprises in achieving high-quality development.关键词
