Abstract

In order to solve the problem of instability and collapse of the cutting slope caused by continuous rainfall during the construction,the secondary trunk road project in Zhangzhou,Fujian Province was taken as an example.When the instability and collapse of the cutting slope with a plane range of about 200 m×55 m occurred after contin-uous rainfall,the geological characteristics around the landslide site and the reasons for the instability were ana-lyzed.The special investigation method of the landslide was proposed to combine with the high-density resistivity method and surface wave method to detect the sliding surface and the weak surface(the old landslide sliding surface),and then the unstable slope was treated.The analysis results show that the high-density resistivity method and the surface wave method can better analyze the influencing factors,range,morphological characteristics and depth of the landslide well,which was close to the results of special investigation.Through the calculation,it is verified that the instability of the cutting slope is due to the existence of old landslides under the slope with shallow buried depth,which leads to the partial resurrection of the old landslide under the combined influence of engineering excavation and continuous rainfall;According to the landslide surface,the schemes of"slide-resistant pile+anchorage"and"slope cutting+anchor"were put forward and compared.Finally,the unloading treatment scheme based on the ex-cavation of the old landslide body was clarified after comprehensive analysis.
