摘要
Abstract
The application and problems of casting grouting sleeves and machining grouting sleeves for reinforcing bar connections are briefly reviewed in the paper.The design and experimental research situations are introduced.The research findings indicate that the new casting grouting sleeves have enhanced mechanical performance and product quality,reduced structural dimensions and manufacturing costs,and effectively improved product competi-tiveness;The new extrusion-processed grouting sleeves consume less material than the casting grouting sleeves and have a smaller processing volume than the rolled-processing grouting sleeves,with the minor deformation of the steel tube and a lower overall processing cost;The new extrusion-processed full grouting sleeves design a new rein-forcing bar positioning device,eliminating the need for machining bolt holes on the sleeves,reducing stress con-centration and significantly enhancing the bearing capacity of the grouting sleeves;All the new grouting sleeve joints tests can meet the requirements of relevant specifications,providing certain references for similar engineering de-signs and research.关键词
