Calculation of Technical Operation Time at Railway Stations Based on Weakening Buffer and Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation

Abstract
In the field of railway transportation,the technical operation time of trains at stations is an important guarantee for efficient operation management and the safety of various operations.It also forms the fundamental basis for accurately calculating the capacity of stations for train passage.Human factors or unexpected situations will inevitably affect the accuracy of on-site raw data,thereby interfering with the determination of technical operation time at stations.Therefore,with the analysis of train reception time,the weakening buffer algorithm in grey theory was used to stabilize the original data sequence with large fluctuations to reduce the adverse effects of random disturbance factors in the original data on the determination of operation time.At the same time,combining the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC),the information value of the operation time sequence was analyzed and the corresponding weights were determined to weaken the interference of invalid information and strengthen the utility of effective information,making the calculation of operation time more scientific and rational.Finally,taking the third track of Lanzhou Station as an example,the steps for analyzing technical operation time were explained.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through scheme comparison and analysis.关键词
