Origin and Evolution of Typical Clauses in Technical Management Regulations for Railway
摘要
Abstract
Technical Management Regulations for Railway is the basic regulation of technical national railway management.From the first edition of the Regulations in 1950 to the current edition of the Regulations in 2014,several comprehensive revisions had been conducted.There is a strong correlation and continuity between the previous editions of the Regulations in terms of the chapter structure and clause content.Studying the origin and evolution of the clauses is necessary for better serving the comprehensive revision of the Regulations of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.Article 274 of the Regulations(Conventional Speed)stipulates that a brief brake test is needed when the train stops for more than 20 minutes,but there are some difficulties in implementing this article on site,which is a key technical problem in the revision of the Regulations.By taking this article as an example,this paper studied and analyzed the content of the current article based on the Regulations and professional technical regulations,and traced the process of its first appearance,development,and evolution.Finally,references were provided for the revision of relevant clauses of the Regulations.关键词
