Railway Data Asset Valuation Method Considering Behavioral Characteristics of Market Participants

Abstract
In recent years,the amount of railway data has been increasing,and the market has been continuously expanded.In order to improve the value of railway data assets,a comprehensive evaluation method system of railway data assets value was proposed.The system included the evaluation of the intrinsic value of data assets,the determination of the transaction price by the seller based on the cost method,and the determination of the transaction price by the buyer based on the income method.It fully considered factors such as timeliness,user satisfaction,marginal benefits,data quality,and value index for different data categories to derive the intrinsic value index of data assets.This provided an effective reference for both parties to determine the final transaction price,resulting in a transaction price range.In this way,it facilitated the completion of the valuation of railway data asset values while promoting the transaction between buyers and sellers,achieving a reasonable and effective evaluation of the value of railway data assets.An empirical study was conducted to verify the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation method system.This system fully considered the behavioral characteristics of both buyers and sellers in the market and provided a valuable reference for the evaluation of data asset value in the railway industry.关键词
