摘要

Abstract

In view of current situation of V-band power amplifier with high operating frequency,large circuit combining loss and low efficiency,modular design is adopted to realize the 64-way spatial power combining based on the combination of the waveguide E-T junction and the new waveguide magic T.First,8 chips are synthesized into a basic unit module,and then 8 basic unit modules are fur-ther synthesized.In the structure and thermal design of the amplifier,an innovative sandwich structure is used,so that the volume of the whole equipment is reduced while the heat dissipation is effective,and the high integration is realized.The tested saturation output power of the amplifier is greater than 500 W at 47~51 GHz,and the combining efficiency is 78.1%.
