Abstract

In the context of contemporary urbanization,the number and scale of construction projects are undergoing a period of exponential growth,accompanied by a corresponding increase in the prevalence and magnitude of construction risks.A construction risk assessment and control model has been proposed as a means of addressing safety issues in construction.A risk analysis was conducted during the construction process,and the fundamental principles for developing a risk assessmentsystem were established.Subsequently,a fuzzy mathematical method was employed to transform the system content that lacked specific quantitative results,into computable values.The warning level was determined on the basis of the specific evaluation values of the indicator risks,and a comprehensive construction risk assessment and control process was devised.The experimental results demonstrate that this method employed in the urban underground tunnel construction project resulted in a significantly shorter construction period,with the project being fully completed in just 516 days,a duration that is considerably less than that observed in other methods.Furthermore,the number of accidents recorded in the residential housing construction project was 26,a figure that is also considerably lower than that observed in other methods.These findings collectively indicate that our method can effectively facilitate the risk control of the building construction process.
