摘要

Abstract

In order to study the mutual influence of particle size and velocity field inside the bag filter,as well as their impact on dust removal efficiency and bag wear,the RSM model,particle random trajectory model,and porous medium model were used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow of the bag filter.The findings indicate that the particle size has a minimal impact on the velocity.The velocity along the X-axis increases from 670 mm to the wall,while the Z-axis demonstrates an upward trend from±670 mm to the wall.Additionally,the maximum velocity on the Y-axis is observed at the outlet.At the inlet,the velocity field collides with the wall surface,resulting in erosion and the formation of vortices that descend and reduce the efficiency of dust removal.A larger fractional velocity is generated along the wall in an upward direction,which results in the deterioration of the bag in the eighth row.The dust collector exhibits optimal performance in the removal of particles ranging 1.00~2.00 μm,however,its removal effect is less pronounced for particles below 1.00 μm.
