摘要

Abstract

Compared with traditional wireless communications,terahertz frequency band(0.1~10 THz)communications have unique advantages in high-speed data transmission,transmission and imaging,medical imaging and drug testing,Internet of Things,and 6G communications,making them of broad research value and expected to promote the development of communication technology and bring innovative applications in many fields.However,terahertz frequency band signals also have the characteristics of weak penetration,strong atmospheric attenuation,complex circuit and antenna design,and complex signal processing,which limits their current development.In view of this,this paper combines photon-assisted terahertz technology and antenna MIMO technology,analyzes the research status,key components,and key technologies of photon-assisted terahertz MIMO systems,and looks forward to the feasible research directions of terahertz communications in the future,in order to contribute to the future application of terahertz frequency band signals.
