Abstract

As one of the key technologies for 6G communication-sensing integration,terahertz mobile communication is expected to realize ultra-high-rate mobile communication in combination with the vision system to support the applications of 6G communication-sensing integrated mobile scenarios.However,the existing terahertz narrow-beam alignment technology is inefficient,which seriously restricts the promotion and application of terahertz mobile communications.To this end,the fundamental principles of terahertz narrow beam alignment are first analyzed,and it is pointed out that the hardware architecture design is the fundamental problems constraining the efficient beam alignment,and visual perception collaborative technology is urgently needed to solve it.Then,the design solution of the visual perception collaborative terahertz communication system is proposed,which utilizes the visual tracking technology to obtain the target position information and accordingly assists transceiver antennas to adjust the beam directions accordingly.Experimental results show that the system is able to realize efficient beam alignment in short-distance mobile scenarios,which provides technical support for the implementation of terahertz communication-sensing integration technology.
