THz Channel Measurement and Characteristics Analysis in Urban Macrocellular Scenarios

Abstract
Terahertz(THz)communication technology has become an important candidate technology for future communication systems due to its large bandwidth and high data rates.Therefore,it is crucial to conduct detailed research of THz wireless channels in typical scenarios.To this end,channel measurements and characteristics analysis are conducted in urban macrocellular(UMa)scenarios at the THz frequency band.First,channel measurement is conducted at 132 GHz in UMa scenarios.Based on the channel measurement results,the delay-angle power spectrum,path loss,delay spread,and angle spread are obtained for different path environments.Then,the channel characteristics parameters are compared and analyzed among different scenarios,and it is found that the propagation multipath in smaller spaces logner than that in larger spaces.These findings are useful in modeling the THz channel and promoting the application of THz communication technology.关键词
