Impact of High-Frequency rTMS Therapy on Cognitive Function and Brain Metabolism of Patients with Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Complicated with Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of patients with cerebral small vessel disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment(CSVD-MCI).Methods 120 patients with CSVD-MCI were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with high-frequency rTMS on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function and brain metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of MMSE dimensions,mean blood flow volume and mean blood flow velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the peripheral vascular resistance was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-frequency rTMS therapy can obviously promote the recovery of cognitive function and improve the level of brain metabolism of CSVD-MCI patients.关键词
