高频rTMS治疗对脑小血管病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者认知功能及脑代谢的影响OA
Impact of High-Frequency rTMS Therapy on Cognitive Function and Brain Metabolism of Patients with Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Complicated with Mild Cognitive Impairment
目的 探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗脑小血管病合并轻度认知功能障碍(CSVD-MCI)患者的临床效果.方法 120 例CSVD-MCI患者随机分为两组,对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以高频rTMS治疗,比较两组的认知功能、脑代谢指标.结果 治疗后,观察组的MMSE各维度评分、平均血流量以及平均血流速度均明显高于对照组,血管外周阻力明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 高频rTMS治疗可明显促进CSVD-MCI患者的认知功能恢复,提升脑代谢水平.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of patients with cerebral small vessel disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment(CSVD-MCI).Methods 120 patients with CSVD-MCI were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with high-frequency rTMS on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function and brain metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of MMSE dimensions,mean blood flow volume and mean blood flow velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the peripheral vascular resistance was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-frequency rTMS therapy can obviously promote the recovery of cognitive function and improve the level of brain metabolism of CSVD-MCI patients.
